“Each individual is unique and I want healthcare to reflect that. By taking into consideration all areas of wellness and focusing on “whole person health,” I am better able to personalize the care given. Personal Interests

In addition to being an RDN, I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. I enjoy powerlifting and broke a few Maryland state records in 2022. I also enjoy traveling, spending time with my loved ones, and trying all types of new foods.

I have lived in Maryland for my entire life and chose to complete my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science-Dietetics at University of Maryland, College Park. Upon graduating, I went right into my Dietetic Internship with NutraCo. I was able to complete my rotations at various locations and learned a great deal about many areas of nutrition. I myself previously struggled with body image issues and disordered eating, so It became my goal to help others in the way that I needed when I was younger.
