Patient care philosophy

I believe in establishing a positive relationship with food, setting realistic goals, and acknowledging that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition and nourishing our bodies and minds. I create a safe and supportive environment of learning and accountability.

I utilize a collaborative approach in developing an effective plan tailored to each client. I acknowledge the uniqueness of each person’s eating patterns and lifestyle, and my approach involves getting to know clients on a personal level.

Recognizing that making nutrition and lifestyle changes can be overwhelming, I strive to break down the process into manageable and achievable steps that will produce long-lasting results.
