Throughout my years of practice, I have found that no one patient has the same starting point as another. I aim to always meet my patients where they are to guide them in making small, attainable changes that improve quality of life and align with their individual goals. I strive to assist patients in optimizing their nutrition while simultaneously looking at factors like exercise, relationship with food, sleep, and stress to ensure all areas of wellness are factored in.
